Booked a room with excellent views of a normally quiet residential valley. the location was favorable, just next door to the next train stop, the valley, and regular restaurants. - It also was in a cave in the canyon.

I recently stayed at this 4-star hotel and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or needs I had. they even arranged pick-up and drop-off from the train station, which was a great convenience. One of the highlights of my stay was the guided walk to the edge of the canyon, where I was able to admire the breathtaking views. I also appreciated the option for horse riding and the transport provided to the Adventure Park. The familiar atmosphere at this hotel made me feel right at home, and the upgraded view into the canyon was truly exceptional. Moreover, I found the value for money to be excellent, making it a great choice for those seeking a luxurious and comfortable experience.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay. The staff was attentive and the views were exceptional.

the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing transportation and meals, as well as taking us on a walk to the canyon rim. The view from our room on the rim was worth the hike, and the hotel had a unique and authentic style that made us feel like we were in a hobbit set. a great experience and good value.

We had an amazing New Year's experience! The complimentary meals were impressive and the staff was always friendly. The location of the hotel, overlooking the canyon, was breathtaking! Plus, the hike up to the canyon was a good workout and totally worth it! The hot tub was relaxing after a long day of exploring.
The rooms were just average and some of the staff seemed unorganized and not very helpful. Also, the pool was only open during the day which was inconvenient for us as we were out exploring the area.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the rustic and cozy atmosphere of the hotel with its stone buildings and wooden interiors. The short trail to the canyon overlook was a great adventure, and the shuttle service to the Adventure Park provided even more excitement. The hotel staff, particularly Cecy who spoke fluent English, were incredibly helpful in assisting us with changes to our plans due to travel disruptions. The manager went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were taken care of, and our room with a gas heater kept us cozy at night. We enjoyed sitting on the bar verandah and dining room with beautiful views, and the three-course evening dinners were a delight. The hotel also offered a warm jacuzzi pool, spacious rooms, and efficient pick-up and drop-off services.
We felt very well looked after, with no complaints.
